EMMALYN BROOKE

Emmalyn Brooke had a great start to kindergarten! She loves her class and her teacher!  Her BFF is in her class as well.  She's also lost a couple of teeth since we saw you last.

Brooke had a great Spring & Summer! One of the highlights was riding the train to DC for the Easter Egg Roll at the White House.  Mom's Pampered Chef friend taught her how to make Breakfast Sandwiches.  Dad has been teaching her a little golf in the back yard.

 

After "graduating" preschool, we made a trip to Pittsburgh to see family and stopped at the Pittsburgh Zoo.  We spent the Fourth of July with family near VA Beach, but we couldn't see fireworks because of the thunderstorms.

We love a good fundraiser at Sweet Frog.  In the summer we went to support FCA.  After school started, we went to Spirit Night to support her new school.

 

Summer Camp was an amazing 5 weeks for us all.  Friends of all ages had fun with all the games, slime, pool days and even a trip for Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A. 

 

Brooke still loves to draw, cats (ugh!), mermaids & unicorns.  She's also ready to start reading, and she likes to help mom with her Usborne Books & More business. She's such a big helper.  She's even folded her own laundry a time or two.
