October 2025 - April 2026

Brooke is in the last quarter of 6th grade! She is doing a great job on her schoolwork, and she is becoming more and more independent with her assignments. History has been her hardest subject this year, but she has worked hard to bring her grade up to a very high B. She completes at least 5 Service Hours per quarter. Her Service Hours have included packing holiday meals for kids in our community, setting up for events at church, volunteering with the preschoolers every other Sunday, and helping out with our Baby Dedication.

For Halloween, she dressed up as a frog and went Trick or Treating with a friend from church.  She enjoyed our church's fall event, Pumpkin Palooza, complete with activities, treats and face painting.

At Thanksgiving, she enjoyed an early Christmas with Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. She also enjoyed playing games with other cousins for New Year's Eve. We took the Dude Perfect game and a US History Trivia game to challenge her uncle.

Before Spring Break, Brooke and Jeff took a quick to trip to Pittsburgh to visit our niece in the hospital, who spent 30 days in Children's Hospital of Piitsburgh. Brooke was a big help, and she got to spend some time with her great-grandma as well

We are ready for summer! We are hoping to get out of town for a few days once school is out. She will get to be a counselor in training at summer camp and she is also excited to go to youth camp in a few months.

As always, we are looking forward to seeing you both in July! It's crazy to think she will be 12 very soon! Hope you both are doing well!

Jeff, Jenny & Emmalyn Brooke
