October 2022 - March 2023
We are in the finally stretch of 3rd grade. Brooke has learned so much this year. She has done well with transitioning to LUOA and has an A in all 5 subjects: Bible, History, Language Arts, Math and Science. Her highest grades are in Bible and Language Arts. She is currently reading and enjoying Charlotte's Web.

The fall was filled with many late nights at the church property. She helped sweep up the saw dust, clean the freshly laid tile, help with electrical work and spent way too many hours watching Netflix or Youtube. We are so thankful to have experienced our first Christmas services in the new building. Our grand opening was in January, and we are looking forward to the 1st Easter tomorrow.

The holidays were busy with visiting family and having other family visiting us. We had a great time opening gifts, eating yummy food and playing games with everyone.

Spring Break included a fun road trip to Marco Island, FL. Along the way, we visited Buc-ees two times (going and coming home) and got rained out at Legoland. There was quite a bit of rain during our time in Florida, but we still had a great time. With many hours in the car, we found 45 different states playing the license plate game, as well as several from Canada. One of her favorite activities was going shelling at the beach. She found so many!

Brooke is growing into a beautiful young lady. She has helped babysit the younger kids at church a few times recently. She is still sweet and sassy! And we wouldn't have it any other way.

Praying you both enjoy the Easter season! We are looking forward to our summer visit!

Love,
Jeff, Jenny & Emmalyn Brooke
